Ingredients:

4 spoonfuls of worn out coffee

4 spoonfuls of liquid caramel

4 spoonfuls of milk cream

Preparation:

To prepare a long coffee and to spill the caramel.
To spill in four cups, very hot.
To put the milk cream superficially.
