Ingredients:

4 spoonfuls of worn out coffee

4 glasses of Martell, Napoleón or Courvoisier

4 lumps of sugar

Preparation:

To prepare a coffee exprés, short.
To take 4 cups and to spill one cotoot of cognac in each one.
To put in a teaspoon a lump of sugar, to wet it in the cognac and to set fire.
To introduce the lump, little by little, in the cognac of the tacit one until it pledges absolutely.
To let burn about five minutes.
To spill the very hot coffee.
