For 4 people
Ingredients:

4 spoonfuls of worn out coffee

4 spoonfuls of Kumel

8 spoonfuls of milk cream

1 egg yolk

Preparation:

To beat the milk cream with the yolk and kumel.
To distribute the mixture in 4 cups.
To spill the very hot coffee.
To sweeten voluntarily.
