Scottish coffee


For 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 soperas spoonfuls of worn out coffee
  • 8 sugar teaspoons
  • 3/4 of liter of water
  • 200 milk cream g
  • 4 you cotoot of whiskey
 

Preparation:
  • To prepare a long coffee exprés.
  • In 4 glasses previously warmed up, to put two spoonfuls of sugar and the whiskey (1 cotoots by glass).
  • To spill the very hot coffee and to remove.
  • To place above the milk cream, being tried that this very cold one.
