Scottish coffee
|
| For 4 people
Ingredients:
- 4 soperas spoonfuls of worn out coffee
- 8 sugar teaspoons
- 3/4 of liter of water
- 200 milk cream g
- 4 you cotoot of whiskey

Preparation:
- To prepare a long coffee exprés.
- In 4 glasses previously warmed up, to put two spoonfuls of sugar and the whiskey (1 cotoots by glass).
- To spill the very hot coffee and to remove.
- To place above the milk cream, being tried that this very cold one.
