Flambeado coffee


For 6 people

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 of liter of cane brandy
  • 1/4 of liter of black rum
  • 1/4 of liter of cognac
  • 1/4 of liter of coffee (pure, without sugar, it warms up)
  • 25 to 30 lumps of sugar
  • 1 rod of cinnamon
  • the skin of average lemon
 

Preparation:
  • In center of a medium mud casserole to put the lumps of sugar.
  • To spill the cane, the rum and the cognac.
  • To introduce the cinnamon and the skin of the lemon.
  • To set fire to the absorbed alcohol sugar and to let burn during ten minutes, removing smoothly with a spoon.
  • When the flames decrease in intensity, to spill in the casserole the coffee already prepared, to remove a little and to serve more with the bucket, in coffee cups.
