Flambeado coffee

| For 6 people
Ingredients:
- 1/4 of liter of cane brandy
- 1/4 of liter of black rum
- 1/4 of liter of cognac
- 1/4 of liter of coffee (pure, without sugar, it warms up)
- 25 to 30 lumps of sugar
- 1 rod of cinnamon
- the skin of average lemon

Preparation:
- In center of a medium mud casserole to put the lumps of sugar.
- To spill the cane, the rum and the cognac.
- To introduce the cinnamon and the skin of the lemon.
- To set fire to the absorbed alcohol sugar and to let burn during ten minutes, removing smoothly with a spoon.
- When the flames decrease in intensity, to spill in the casserole the coffee already prepared, to remove a little and to serve more with the bucket, in coffee cups.
